Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Sales Broker. The Fresh Agent will actively assist clients in finding their ideal property by understanding their needs, providing market insights, and showcasing available options. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating sales agreements to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of Real Estate industry practices and regulations; holding a Real Estate License is an advantage but not mandatory for this role. Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Knowledge of Real Property and its valuation is a beneficial asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
