Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Real Estate Sales Broker at The Address Investments, located in New Cairo. The Fresh Sales Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and conducting property viewings. The role also includes preparing and delivering property presentations, understanding client needs to recommend suitable opportunities, and staying informed about market trends. Collaboration with other team members and maintaining relationships with developers will be integral to ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possession of or willingness to obtain a Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge and understanding of Real Property principles Strong Sales and Customer Service skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Dedication to building and maintaining positive client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Familiarity with the Egypt and Middle East property market is advantageous
