  • Create detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resource loading.
  • ​Track daily/weekly progress on-site and update the project schedule to reflect actual versus planned performance.
  • ​Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) and identify potential bottlenecks or shortages.
  • ​Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • ​Identify causes of delays, perform "What-if" scenarios, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Act as a bridge between the site execution team and the management to ensure alignment with project milestones.
