:Job Description
  •  Gather all the requirements from all disciplines to meet the deadline of the projects.
  • Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
  • May use computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • The above mentioned duties are to be performed taking into consideration the implementation of environmental as well as health and safety requirements (Procedures & Work Instructions), as applicable.
:Working conditions
  • One Day off (Friday).
  • Fixed Shift.
