Looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a passion for building strong client relationships, particularly within the real estate and digital marketing space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sell technology-enabled advertising and digital solutions to new real estate brokerages
  • Identify client needs through a consultative sales approach and propose tailored solutions
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Forecast sales targets with accuracy and consistency
  • Record sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities using Odoo CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery
  • Prepare business proposals, ROI analysis, and comparative reports for clients
  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities and decision-makers

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience in direct sales and new business acquisition
  • Background in digital marketing, software, or technology sales is a plus
  • Real estate brokerage industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Owning a car is preferred
