Looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a passion for building strong client relationships, particularly within the real estate and digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell technology-enabled advertising and digital solutions to new real estate brokerages
- Identify client needs through a consultative sales approach and propose tailored solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Forecast sales targets with accuracy and consistency
- Record sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities using Odoo CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery
- Prepare business proposals, ROI analysis, and comparative reports for clients
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities and decision-makers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in direct sales and new business acquisition
- Background in digital marketing, software, or technology sales is a plus
- Real estate brokerage industry knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Owning a car is preferred
