- Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Head of Electrical Department

- Location: [10th of Ramadan / Company Site]

- Reporting to: Technical / Operations Manager

:Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical Maintenance Department and supervise the electrical maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure high equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical control panels.
• Operate and maintain Classic Control and Automatic Control systems.
• Program, operate, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200).
• Configure and maintain Siemens HMI systems.
• Commission, operate, and troubleshoot VSDs (SEW, LENZE, ABB, Siemens).
• Maintain and oversee Medium Voltage / Low Voltage (MV/LV) substation
• Prepare regular technical reports on maintenance activities, faults, and proposed solutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and occupational health standards.

:Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or Control).
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, HMI, VSD systems.
• Solid knowledge of MV/LV substations operations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Age: 32 – 37 years.
