Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Growth
Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the FM sector.
Identify new market opportunities, clients, and projects across various sectors (commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, government).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Lead end-to-end business development cycles, from prospecting to contract closure.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and clients.
Represent Musandah FM at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Position Musandah FM as a trusted managing agent and FM partner through thought leadership and strategic outreach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Operations, Technical, and Finance teams to develop tailored, competitive proposals.
Ensure smooth handover of new projects to the operations team post-contract award.
Provide market feedback to leadership to support service innovation and strategic planning.
Financial & Reporting
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
