About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR records to ensure data accuracy and easy access.- Support on boarding and off boarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions.- Prepare basic HR letters and documentation to support daily HR operations.- Follow up on attendance and leave records to assist payroll accuracy.- Coordinate with employees regarding HR requests to provide timely support.- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms to support candidate attraction.- Screen CVs under supervision to help identify suitable candidates.- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely coordination.- Update candidate tracking sheets and databases to improve recruitment follow-up.- Assist in preparing job offers and on boarding documents to support hiring activities.- Provide administrative support to the HR team to enhance workflow efficiency.- Handle employee and candidate inquiries to ensure clear communication.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 6 months of experience in the human resources (Junior Level)- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Work Location: Misr El Gedida, 2 Days Off
