Job Summary:
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and business goals. This role combines content strategy, editorial oversight, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with the brand team and work with agencies to produce high-quality content. Plan, create, edit, and publish content across websites, email, social media, and other digital channels. Oversee SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance. Manage and update website content. Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and reports. Ensure content accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand and legal guidelines. Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and impact. Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in digital content management, content marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital content management or content marketing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms. Basic understanding of HTML, UX principles, or multimedia content (video, audio). Experience managing freelancers or external agencies. Knowledge of paid content distribution or performance marketing.
