Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Promote and provide information on company digital solutions, including features, benefits, indications, and evidence-based data.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations, in-services, and clinical discussions to support system adoption.
- Execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.
- Collect market intelligence, track competition, and report insights to the sales leadership team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and innovation) to ensure timely product availability and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including appropriate documentation and reporting.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to clients, including handling inquiries and addressing needs.
- Maintain accurate call logs, visit reports, and territory data in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, medicine, or a related field).
- Internship-level experience or recent graduates seeking a career in medical sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally participate in after-hours events.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare workflows is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
