  • Audit existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. 
  • Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. 
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance and sustain improvements. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events to solve operational challenges. 
  • Support layout optimization and work cell design to enhance flow and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to adapt processes for locally sourced components. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). 
  • Promote a culture of CI through training and coaching production teams.
