Mass Hiring & Recruitment Delivery

 

  • Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to fulfill bulk hiring needs across operational, commercial, customer service and support functions.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting strict hiring timelines and HCs targets.
  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates in alignment with approved job criteria, competencies and business requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (HR, technical and final Interviews) while ensuring smooth candidate and stakeholders experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, offer management and onboarding coordination.

     

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines:

 

  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and seasonal hiring needs.
  • Utilize diversified sourcing channels beyond traditional platforms (job boards, referrals, career fairs, universities, talent communities, databases and direct sourcing).
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive travel and tourism market.

 

Process, Compliance & Quality:

 

  • Ensure full compliance with Talent Acquisition policies, internal approval flows and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure candidate communications and job offers, contracts are accurate, consistent and professionally executed.
  • Support internal transfers, promotions and backfilling processes as required.

 

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

 

  • Adhere to recruitment KPIs including Hiring Fulfillment, Time to Hire, Quality of Hiring (QOH) offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, Data Accuracy and Reporting and Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience Survey.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Excellent capability in using MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point).
