About the job IT Manager
BayanTech is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations, infrastructure, and security. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while driving technology initiatives that support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, software, cloud systems)
- Ensure system availability, data security, backups, and disaster recovery
- Lead IT projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, and compliance
- Manage IT vendors, licenses, and service providers
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees
- Monitor IT budget, costs, and performance KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of networks, systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
