Strategic HR & Business Partnership
Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior and line managers on all people-related matters
Align HR strategies, initiatives, and policies with business goals and operational needs
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Contribute to HR strategy development in coordination with the HR Director
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with hiring managers to plan and fulfill recruitment needs
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar and managerial roles
Ensure effective onboarding and probation management
Support manpower budgeting and headcount control
Performance Management & Talent Development
Lead and manage the performance appraisal cycle
Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance improvement plans
Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning
Coordinate learning, training, and leadership development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Provide guidance on conflict resolution and employee wellbeing
Support engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all projects
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
Support salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs
Participate in annual compensation planning and benchmarking
Ensure accurate implementation of bonus, allowance, and benefits policies
HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies
Support audits, documentation, and HR governance requirements
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Advise management on legal and regulatory HR matters
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
Provide insights and recommendations to the HR Director and senior management
Track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends
+5 years of progressive experience in human resources, Proven track record of supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.Experience in organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.Experience in the property development or real estate sector is a plus.
