  • Manage the Chairman’s and Vice Chairman’s Deputy calendars, meetings, and
    appointments
  • Prepare meeting invitations, agendas, and materials; coordinate venues and logistics
  • Notify participants and take accurate meeting minutes
  • Handle correspondence, filing, records, and confidential documents
  • Prepare reports and documents using MS Office
  • Provide English/Arabic language support, including translation when needed
