Job Overview:We are looking for experienced Freelance 3D Exhibition Designers to support the design and visualization of exhibition stands and event spaces. The role requires strong creative skills combined with practical knowledge of exhibition layouts, visitor flow, and build feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:Design 3D exhibition stands, booths, and pavilion concepts based on client briefs. Develop creative layouts considering space planning, visitor flow, branding, and functionality. Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations. Prepare basic technical drawings and dimensions to support production teams. Coordinate with project managers and creative teams to ensure design accuracy. Revise and optimize designs based on client and internal feedback within tight timelines.
Requirements:Proven experience as a 3D Designer in exhibitions or events (mandatory). Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Blender, or Cinema 4D. Expertise in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion. Solid understanding of exhibition materials, structures, and build constraints. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and responsiveness for remote collaboration.
