Tallah is Hiring | Social Media Moderator (Beauty)
We’re looking for a Social Media Moderator to handle customer messages and convert inquiries into sales through product recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages via Whats App, Instagram, and website chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products or routines
- Convert chats into orders (upselling & cross-selling)
- Follow up on abandoned carts and previous customers
- Record customer notes on the system

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales (beauty/e Commerce preferred)
- Good knowledge of skincare or haircare
- Familiar with chat tools and e Commerce platforms

Location: Fifth Settlement
