Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive focusing on Education Solutions, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, executing business strategies to meet targets, and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver tailored education solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships Proficiency in Communication and business negotiation Understanding of the education sector and solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field Previous experience in business development roles, particularly in the education industry, is a plus Requirements • 3+ years experience in B2B sales within EdTech / Education / Training • Proven experience dealing with schools or educational institutions • Strong understanding of the education market in Egypt (GCC is a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or related field • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
