Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
SAP MM Inventory Management Associate Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory processes using SAP Materials Management (MM) module. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM functionalities, inventory management best practices, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:SAP MM Implementation and Support:- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP MM module, with a focus on inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM.
Inventory Management:- Oversee inventory processes, including stock management, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership:- Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants and analysts.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in SAP MM inventory management processes.
Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated on the latest SAP MM features and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
