The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:- Lead SAP Fiori projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Technical Expertise:- Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.
- Customize and enhance SAP Fiori applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fiori applications with SAP backend systems.
Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of SAP Fiori developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
