Role summary
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to run daily workforce operations: timesheets, daily reports, recruiting triage, onboarding, clothing/ID06 tasks, and project survey follow-ups. Your work directly impacts invoice readiness and operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Daily checks of timesheets/hours and daily reports (quality + completeness)
- Follow up with field workers and contacts; escalate issues to finance/internal team
- Review recruiting applications daily; approve/reject based on clear criteria; update pipeline
- Drive onboarding checklists to ensure workers are site-ready
- Manage clothing/equipment orders and tracking
- Support ID06 card ordering process and follow-ups
- Send project surveys and drive response rate through reminders and escalation
- Maintain trackers and weekly operational summaries (billing readiness, exceptions)
