Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost management Engineer to mentor and evaluate the planning, control, and management of construction and real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, financial reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive approach to optimizing project outcomes and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and evaluate the planning and control of construction and real estate portfolios.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cost control systems across diverse projects.
• Conduct detailed financial reporting and analysis, delivering accurate P&L statements and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee contract management, including negotiation, drafting, and risk mitigation.
• Manage revenue streams and cash flow, ensuring financial stability and optimizing cash management strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
• Utilize data mining and analysis to drive decision-making and improve financial reporting accuracy.
• Provide pre-construction advisory services, evaluating project feasibility and optimizing resource allocation.
