Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Advise clients on suitable properties based on their needs and investment goals. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. • Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving assigned sales targets. • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, competitors, and company projects. • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, contracts, and documentation. • Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when required.
Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (developer side preferred). • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Excellent understanding of the October City real estate market. • Professional appearance and client-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
