IARS is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to support business growth, manage key accounts, and lead strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth and new business acquisition • Manage and expand strategic client relationships • Develop and execute business development strategies • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements • 4 years experience in Business Development or Sales • Proven success in achieving growth targets • Professional business English (B2+) • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Strategic, analytical, and commercially aware • Flexible to travel as required
