Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Agent located in El Maadi El Gadida. The Senior Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching solutions to potential clients, preparing accurate proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Chubb’s products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall sales strategy within the assigned territory.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven sales and negotiation experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets Knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly in property and casualty insurance Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
