Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Cairo for a Junior Sales professional. The Junior Sales team member will engage with prospective clients, foster relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to strategize and develop innovative approaches to meet customer needs. The role also requires keeping up-to-date with market trends and company products to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Sales skills, including client relationship building, negotiation, and achieving sales targets Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of financial markets and products, or a proven ability to learn complex financial concepts Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is advantageous
