Key Responsibilities Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and personnel administration. Lead and support employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations. Ensure full compliance with labor law, social insurance, and company policies. Manage payroll inputs, leaves, overtime, and employee records. Monitor and support performance management processes. Coordinate training, development plans, and engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management. Support culture-building and continuous improvement of HR processes.???? Requirements5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role. Strong command of Egyptian labor law and personnel regulations. Hands-on experience with HR systems and reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-handling skills. Ability to lead teams and maintain high-quality HR service delivery.
