We are seeking a Mid-Level BIM Architectural Engineer to support architectural BIM activities on large-scale and mega projects. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the BIM Team Leader, assisting with modeling, coordination, and delivery of high-quality BIM outputs while ensuring compliance with internal standards, project specifications, and local/international codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models at different project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC). Prepare and coordinate architectural packages, including: Blockwork packages Floor finishes packages Wall finishes packages Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) Staircase packages Typical and detailed architectural layouts Support Fit-Out and Interior Design (ID) packages, ensuring constructability and coordination with other disciplines. Work on Dry Wall Partition systems, including layouts, details, and specifications.
Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams, assisting in clash detection and resolution. Review shop drawings and BIM models for accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Ensure proper BIM documentation, model naming conventions, and LOD compliance. Assist senior team members in implementing BIM workflows and coordination processes. Support project planning and follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) under the guidance of the Team Leader.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.2–3 years of experience in Architectural BIM, preferably in large or mega projects. Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks). Familiarity with internal BIM standards, codes, and LOD requirements. Experience handling architectural packages as listed above. Strong coordination, communication, and team collaboration skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality BIM models.
