Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic CRM Business Development & Account Management Specialist to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and manage existing accounts. The role combines business development, consultative selling, and post-sale account management to ensure long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CRM solutions• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound & inbound channels• Present CRM systems and propose tailored solutions based on client needs• Negotiate contracts and close deals• Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM
Account Management• Manage and grow existing client accounts• Act as the main point of contact post-sale• Ensure proper onboarding and CRM adoption• Upsell and cross-sell CRM features and services• Maintain long-term relationships and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications• Experience in B2B sales or business development (CRM / Saa S is a plus)• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously• Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
