We’re Hiring – CRM Specialist Join our team at Real Mark, one of the leading real estate companies in Egypt.
Location: Heliopolis – Cairo Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:* Manage, monitor, and optimize the CRM system to support sales operations.* Analyze leads, opportunities, and client data to improve sales performance.* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the CRM system.* Generate periodic reports and dashboards for sales performance and management review.* Work closely with sales and management teams to enhance CRM workflows and processes.

Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree.* Proven experience as a CRM Specialist.* Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate field is a must.* Proven experience with Odoo System is required.* Good command of English.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.* Very good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.* Residence near Heliopolis or nearby areas is preferred.
