Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand business opportunities, build strong relationships with partners and clients, and oversee market research to identify new prospects. The role also involves negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and revenue growth.
Qualifications Strong business development skills, including strategic planning, client relationship management, and partnership building Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and market analysis Demonstrated expertise in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience and knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, particularly in Egypt Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and diverse environment
