Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsorship and public relations activities, while being fully responsible for managing all PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders) related to sponsorship, PR, and event activities, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on all PRs and POs related to sponsorships, PR, events, and related activities.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Procurement, legal and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Assist in managing sponsorship agreements, deliverables, and partner communications.
-Support PR activities including media outreach, press releases, media invitations, and event coverage.
-Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, presentations, and post activity reports.
-Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Events, CSR) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of activities.
-Maintain updated databases for sponsors, media contacts, vendors, and partners.
-Track sponsorship benefits and ensure contractual brand exposure requirements are fulfilled.
-Support the organization and coordination of press events, conferences, and sponsored activities.
-Monitor media coverage and assist in preparing basic PR and sponsorship performance reports.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-3–5 years of relevant experience in PR, sponsorships, events, or coordination roles.
-Good understanding or hands on experience with PR and PO processes is preferred.
-Strong organizational, coordination, and follow up skills with attention to detail.
-Good communication skills and professional stakeholder handling.
-Ability and agility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
