We are looking for a Sales & Sourcing Specialist who can acquire customers in Egypt, understand their needs, and then source the right car from the German market by communicating and negotiating with car dealers in Germany, in coordination with our purchasing team, to secure the best deal and match the customer specifications.

Job resbonsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire customers in Egypt (individuals and businesses).
• Understand customer needs (model, year, specs, budget, mileage, color, etc.) and document requirements clearly.
• Advise customers and propose suitable car options based on their preferences and budget.
• Search for suitable cars in Germany using platforms, dealer networks, and available channels.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team and provide full car details (specs, price, photos, inspection/report if available).
• Communicate with German car dealers and negotiate prices and terms to secure the best offer.
• Prepare professional quotations and follow up with customers until deal closure.
• Track all leads, customer communications, and deals using CRM / tracking sheets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and continuously grow the customer pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process from customer request to sale in Egypt.
