Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally

Schedule appointments for elevator installations, maintenance, and inspections

Prepare and organize contracts, quotations, invoices, and reports

Maintain accurate records of clients, suppliers, and projects

Follow up with clients regarding maintenance schedules and payments

Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
