Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Host role at Restaurant-Brasserie Lorraine, located in Heliopolis. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring smooth customer flow within the restaurant. They will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, assisting with special requests, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to greet guests and address inquiries professionally. Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage operations to better assist guests and support the restaurant team. Ability to support Training initiatives and uphold high hospitality standards. Sales skills and the ability to propose menu or event-based recommendations to enhance customer experience. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
