Job Description
Collaborate with the Planning and Follow-up Department to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the production plan.
Supervise the execution of daily production plans and task distribution to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department.
Monitor and maintain optimal production speed, while minimizing waste and reducing downtime.
Ensure adherence to waste reduction targets and proactively work to enhance production efficiency.
Optimize the use of available time and minimize order changeover durations to increase productivity.
Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes and increase operational effectiveness.
Maintain and improve product quality standards in line with established specifications.
Prepare accurate production reports to ensure continuous performance tracking and drive necessary improvements.
