A premium food manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of high-quality, protein-enriched food products, including protein bars and protein-rich spreads. The company operates under a strict quality, food safety, and manufacturing standards. 

 

The company has strong manufacturing and local sales capabilities but no export track record yet. This role fills that gap by creating the export engine, setting standards, and enabling scalable international growth.

 

 

Key Outcomes Expected

Ensure smooth coordination of sales and customer re order activities.

Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and field activities as tasting campaigns

Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.

Contribute to achieving sales targets indirectly by enabling the sales team to perform efficiently.

 

Core Responsibilities

Assist in managing on going clients and event coordination.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.

Support operational readiness for sales activities, events, and product launches.

Coordinate and organize product displays on shelves at client locations regularly.

Visit clients periodically to follow up and renew orders when needed.

Guide consumers and provide advice on product usage and benefits.

Plan presence at multiple locations per day and engage in activities to promote our products and increase market presence.

Provide timely and accurate reports to the Sales Manager.

 

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Sales Manager.

 

KPIs 

Accuracy and timeliness of reports submitted.

Visits made per day 

Efficiency in supporting sales team operations.

Customer satisfaction with coordination and support services.

Organization and completeness of records and documentation.

Quality of product display organization and regular client follow-ups.

Success and support of company events and marketing activities, increasing product visibility.


Candidate Profile (Must-Have)1–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles in the food / FMCG / consumer goods industry.Polished and tactful in communicating with clients.Strong persuasion skills and ability to explain and simplify products effectively.Fitness related background is a +Ability to clearly explain product benefits and what sets them apart from competitors.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
