•  The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s accounting function, ensuring accuracy in financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for financial decision-making. You’ll supervise a small accounting team and work closely with the finance and project teams to manage accounts, cash flows, and cost allocations for large-scale technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s full accounting cycle.
• Apply and monitor financial standards for revenue recognition, expense allocation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and projects evaluations.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Project Accounting:
  Track and allocate costs, revenues, and expenses for turnkey integration projects in line with contract terms.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations to support decision-making.
• Audit & Documentation:
  Coordinate external audits and ensure the maintenance of comprehensive documentation for transactions and controls.
