CEO Personal Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and communications for the CEO.
  • Support event planning and logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and company functions.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
