  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
  • Lead daily café operations, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior baristas, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage inventory of coffee, tea, and café supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Engage warmly with guests, providing knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, performing routine cleaning and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Implement and uphold café policies, procedures, and quality standards.
