Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.6-9 years of progressive experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automotive or HVAC industry.Proven experience in leading engineering teams or sections.Strong proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, plastic injection, and heat exchangers.Familiarity with OEM standards and client requirements.Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
