Human Resource Recruiter & Admin

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and personnel files.
  • Coordinate and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee office administration tasks, including supplies management, scheduling, Supervise Security Staff and facility coordination.
  • Supervise and coordinate employee transportation and contracted vehicles in alignment with management requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the workplace.
