As part of our continuous growth and organizational excellence journey, we are seeking a high-caliber Performance Management Team Leader to lead enterprise performance governance, analytics, and KPI effectiveness across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Performance Management Team and ensure accurate implementation of KPIs across all departments.
- Govern periodic, probationary, contractual, and annual performance assessment cycles.
- Conduct performance gap analysis (internal, operational, and business performance).
- Review and validate performance outcomes to ensure consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Lead performance investigations and manage revalidation actions based on NCRs, complaints, and exit interview analytics.
- Design and maintain individual and organizational performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards and periodic analytical performance reports.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data insights.
