Main Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance Management processes that align with organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Design and lead a holistic Performance Management framework including; Job descriptions, Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Leadership Programs.
  • Work as a partner with business unit heads to identify, analyze and direct team members performance.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, career development, and retention.
  • Designing processes to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
