  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for capital projects, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project requirements and company objectives.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), analyze bids, and conduct commercial and technical evaluations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure optimal pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation within the procurement function.
