Role Description
The English Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, ensuring positive interactions, and delivering efficient resolutions to meet their needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Experience
- Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing customer inquiries effectively
- Experience in building positive client relationships and addressing customer needs proactively
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to various situations and deliver solutions in a timely manner
- A strong understanding of customer service best practices and tools
- Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is a must
- Having a customer-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
