Job Description
Banque Misr is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives / Tellers to join its branch network across Egypt. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking services, handling customer transactions efficiently, and ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Core Responsibilities- Serve customers by processing daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Execute a variety of banking services including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, balance inquiries, and fund transfers.
- Ensure all transactions comply with Banque Misr policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including KYC and compliance standards.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to relevant banking products and services.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer in accordance with settlement sheets and resolve any cash shortages or overages.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in banking services within branch networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation years from 2023 to 2025).
- Minimum Graduation Grade: Good.
- Language Skills: Good command of English.
- Computer Skills: Excellent PC skills, especially MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must not have been previously tested by Banque Misr.
- No relatives up to the third degree working at Banque Misr.
