We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Shop Drawing Engineer with strong experience in construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural shop drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and smooth execution on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings based on design drawings and project specifications.
- Review and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (structural, MEP, and landscape).
- Ensure all drawings comply with design intent, project standards, and construction requirements.
- Collaborate with site and technical teams to resolve design or coordination issues.
- Participate in reviewing design modifications and provide technical feedback when needed.
- Manage drawing revisions, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission to consultants and clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for architectural details when required.
- Support project handover by ensuring all as-built drawings are accurate and complete.
