Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up with existing clients and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Build, maintain, and update a database of potential clients.
• Apply strategic thinking to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Develop tailored and targeted sales strategies, and collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to secure, retain, and grow clients.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and necessary support.
• Track orders and shipments and coordinate with the Inventory/Warehouse Department.
• Measure customer satisfaction, document complaints, and actively work on resolving them.
• Propose up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during every client meeting or call.
• Generate new leads and potential clients on a daily basis.
• Achieve all assigned quotas related to calls, appointments, and meetings for both new clients and inactive existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales objectives.
