- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.

- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote The PM Office as an employer of choice within the technology sector.
1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Proven ability to source and attract candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
